    2 1/2 pounds brisket
    1 1/2 Teaspoons salt
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 cup catsup
    1/4 cup vinegar
    1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 teaspoons liquid smoke flavoring
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    1 bay leaf, crumbled

    Recipe



    1. Sprinkle meat with salt.

    2. Mix and add other ingredients.

    3. Bake at 325° about 2 hours
