Notes: This rub can be very hot and spicy.

List of Ingredients

1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1/4 cup paprika
1/8 cup garlic salt
1 tablespoon onion salt
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 tablespoon cayenne Pepper
1/2 tablespoon black pepper
3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
3/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon cumin



Recipe

Rub onto surface of meat and let marinate for about an hour then follow cooking instruction for meat.
