    Gebhardt brand tamales taste better than Hormel if you can find them.

    Add 1 tsp of chili powder if you like a more mexican flavor.

    List of Ingredients




    1 pound ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, seeded and chopped
    1 can stewed tomatoes (14.25 oz), undrained
    2 cans Bush Brand pinto Beans (16 oz), undrained
    1 can Green Giant creamed corn (15 oz)
    1 can beef broth, condensed (10.75), undiluted
    2 cans Gebhardt Brand tamales, drained and cut into 1-inch pcs.

    Recipe



    1. Cook ground beef, onion, and bell pepper in a Dutch oven until ground beef is browned, stirring until meat crumbles. Add stewed tomatoes and next 3 ingredients, and simmer mixture 1 hour.

    2. Stir in tamale pieces, and serve immediately
