1 large zucchini, sliced
1 large yellow squash, sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
1 teaspoon Creole seasoning

Heat olive oil in a large skillet until hot; add remaining ingredients, and toss gently. Cover, reduce heat, and cook 10 minutes or until crisp-tender.
