Stir Fried Okra

3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 pound fresh okra, sliced
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
3 teaspoons soy sauce
Recipe
1. Place oil in a large skillet over medium high heat until hot. Add sliced Okra and next 6 ingredients, and stir-fry 8 to 10 minutes or until okra is crisp tender
2. Add soy sauce to vegetable mixture in skillet, and cook, stirring constantly for 2 minutes or until okra is tender.
