    I got this recipe from my sister Judy 10-23-06. She was making it to take to work.
    Yummy! She said all her co-workers enjoyed this salad. She next
    brought it on Thanksgiving Day 2006.

    List of Ingredients




    1 stick of butter
    1-1/3 cup sugar
    1 cup pretzels: crushed
    8 oz cream cheese
    20 oz can crushed pineapple
    8 oz Cool Whip

    Recipe



    Pretzel Mixture:
    Melt 1 stick of butter with 1/3 cup sugar
    Crush enough pretzels for 1 cup
    Mix ingredients together, put mixture on a cookie sheet with sides.
    Bake at 400 for 5-6 minutes. Let cool!
    Set Aside until ready to serve.

    Salad Mixture:
    pkg 8 oz cream cheese room temp
    Mix in 1 cup sugar
    Add 1 large 20 oz can of crushed pineapple drained.
    Mix in 1 container of cool whip 8 oz

    Just before serving mix salad mixture with the pretzel mixture.
