Peach Pie

This recipe came off the box of Minute Brand Tapioca. Delicious





List of Ingredients



• 4 cups sliced peaches
  
• 1/4 cup Minute tapioca
  
• 3/4 cup sugar
  
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  
• 1 tablespoon margarine
  






Instructions



1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix all ingredients and let stand for 15 minutes.
   
2. Fill 9-inch pie plate with mixture. Dot with margarine. Cover pie with top crust and cut slits in crust; seal and flute edges.
   
3. Bake 1 hour or until juices form bubbles that burst slowly. Cool.
   






Final Comments


Note: For a golden crust, brush with beaten egg before baking.
