Recipe Introduction
Peanut Butter Fudge is a great alternative to the regular chocolate fudge. It is sweet and very delicious!
List of Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 small can condensed milk
- 1 small jar marshmellow cream
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- 1 12-oz bag peanut butter chips
Instructions
- In large saucepan, combine sugar, butter, condensed milk, and marshmellow cream.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a soft boil. Continue stirring and cooking for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add peanut butter chips and vanilla. Stir until well blended and chips are completely melted.
- Pour into a 13" x 10" x 2" pan you have prepared by coating with butter.
- Allow to set for several hours or in refrigerator. Cut into squares.
