    This is a wonderful drink to cool you off when the weather's hot!

    List of Ingredients




    3 Tbsp sugar
    3 Tbsp cocoa
    2/3 cup water
    1 Tbsp instant coffee
    2 cups milk
    1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
    Frozen whipped topping, thawed slightly

    Recipe



    Bring the first 3 ingredients to a boil in a small saucepan, stirring constantly. Mix in the instant coffee and chill. Put the chocolate mixture, milk and ice cream in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 5 cups and top each serving with a dollop of whipped topping. Serve immediately.
