    Recipe Introduction


    This is for the ones who do not like baked fruitcake

    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. box graham cracker crumbs
    1 box seedless raisins golden or regular
    1 large package marshmallows (about 40 )
    1 small can Carnation evaporated milk
    4 cups,chopped pecans or mixed nuts of your liking
    1 16 oz. jar with juice, Maraschino cherries,cut up

    Recipe



    Using a double boiler place the marshmallows and cream in pot and slowly melt.
    Cut the nuts and cherries into bite size,reserve some whole nuts and cherries for top
    Mix the cracker crumbs,nuts,cherries and raisins well then stir into the melted marshmallow mixture. * NOTE: this mixture will be very stiff DO NOT ADD ANYMORE LIQUID
    I wash and use my my hands for mixing
    Grease a large tube pan or three loaf size pans. Cool mixture slightly then press into prepared pans. Cover with foil and chill 24. hrs. Turn out onto paper and enjoy.
    Cool mixture for two hrs as mixture will be hot.
    Keep unused cake in fridge all time.
