    This is very tasty

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup butter
    1 box powered sugar
    3/1/2 cups flour,self rising
    5 eggs,separated
    1 tsp.baking powder
    1 cup water
    1 Tbsp. ground cinnamom
    1 Tbsp. ground allspice
    1 Tbsp. ground cloves
    1 cup seedless raisins,your choice
    1Tbsp. ground nutmeg
    1 1/2 cup chopped citron
    Cake Filling
    1 cup frozen coconut,thawed
    1 bos powdered sugar
    1 cup boiling water
    1 Tbsp. corn starch
    1 lomon,juice and rind,grated


    Recipe



    Cream the butter and sugar well;add the egss,one at a time,mix well after each
    Sift the flour and spices together and slowly add along with the water.
    Beat the egg whites til slightly stiff ,hoilds shape and gently fold into mixture.
    Slightly grease four ( 4 ) cake pans,fill; each 2/3 full.
    To the ramaining batter add the citron and raisins which have been dusted with flour slightly.
    Bake for 30 mins at 350.
    Filling: mix the ingredients well and boli for 15-20 minutes .
    Spread on cooled layers of cake cover sides and top too.
