Blue Ribbon winner Pecan Pie

My mixing pecan pie recipes together came up with this one

This pie is not as sweet as usual Pecan Pie,give it a try once and taste
List of Ingredients
1 small box regular Jell-o Vanilla pudding mix
1 cup regular corn syrup
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1 large egg,slightly beaten
1 cup chopped pecans
1-8 " pie shell
Recipe
Start by blending the DRY pudding mix with the corn syrup then gradually add the evaporated milk.
Stir in the slightly beaten egg mix well.
Add the chopped pecans stirring with wooden spoon;pour mixture into the unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 375 forabout 40 mins. or until top just begins to crack.
Cool at least 3 hrs before cutting and enjoy.
