This recipe was handed down to me from my mom. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
List of Ingredients
- 1 - 5 lb. Corned Beef
- 8 Lg. Pared Potatoes, halved
- 4 onions quartered
- 1 head cabbage
Instructions
- Place beef in large soup kettle; cover with water; simmer for about 2 1/2 hrs.
- Add potatoes & onions; cook 30 minutes longer.
- add cabbage; cook 30 minutes longer or until cabbage is soft.
- Serve cabbage and potatoes in dish; place onions on platter with beef.
