    14 oz pumpkin (1 small can)
    2 eggs
    5 oz low-fat vanilla soy milk
    1/3 c sugar
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp ground ginger
    1/4 tsp ground cloves

    Put it into a pie shell, and bake at 350F for 30 minutes or so. Nutrition for just the pumpkin filling is:

    Fat: 1.8 g
    Carbohydrates: 14.4g
    Calories: 80.8
    Protein: 2.8g
