General Tsos Chicken

List of Ingredients
4lbs of chicken (I like to cut mine up in peices)
1/3 cup soy sauce (use a brand with 0 carbs)
1/2 cup splenda(12 carbs)
1TBS black strap molasses(4 carbs)
1/4 cup tomato sauce(4.5 carbs)
3TBS cider vinegar(0 carbs)
3 cloves garlic finely chopped(3 carbs)
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp gingerRecipe
Heat oil in a large non stick skillet over med high heat,add chicken,cook until lightly browned(6-7 min) Remove from heat.
Combine remaining ingrediants in a bowl and mix well,pour over chicken and return to heat.Bring to a boil and reduce heat and cover,simmer for 20 minutes or until chicken is done.
Remove chicken to a serving platter(use a slotted spoon),thicken sauce with a little guar gum or xanthium gum and serve it with the chicken.
Everyone in the family loves this recipe.The recipe can be cut in half but the leftovers won't last long because it taste even better the next day.I also use TVP and make that into a faux fried rice that is pretty good too.
