Beef and Mushroom Dijon

1 pound round steak
2 tablespoons oil
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons prepared dijon mustard
Recipe
Slice round steak into thin strips. In a large skillet heat oil over medium heat. Add steak and brown, stirring often; remove and set aside.
Add sliced mushrooms and sliced onion to the skillet; cook until tender. Add cream of mushroom soup, water, and prepared brown mustard. Bring to a boil, return beef to mix and heat throughly.
