    Easiest Banana Pound Cake

    I've made this so many times and it is a favorite of ours. It is very moist and stays moist for days. It actually seems to taste the best after a day or so.

    List of Ingredients




    1 Pound Cake Mix
    1 Cup Mashed Bananas
    2 eggs
    1/2 Cup chopped nuts (if desired)

    Recipe



    Preheat your oven to 325 degrees. Do not follow package directions. Combine mix, bananas and eggs, and beat for 3 minutes. Fold in nuts if desired. Bake in a 9 inch loaf pan* (greased and floured) for 1 1/4 hours, or until cake is golden brown and springs back lightly when touched on top. Cool for 30 minutes on wire rack (cover with towel).

    I usually make this in a bundt pan and after cooled dust with powdered sugar
