    2 cups sugar
    3 eggs
    3 1/2 cups flour
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 1/2 cups oil
    1 cup pecans
    2 cups diced apples
    1 cup chopped cranberries

    Recipe



    1. Mix together the sugar, eggs, flour, vanilla, and oil.

    2. Add the pecans, apples, and cranberries. Mix well.

    3. Start baking in a cold oven at 350 degress for 30 minutes, then reduce heat to 300 degress and bake for 1 1/2 hours longer.
