    1 1/4 c. water
    3 eggs
    1 pkg. (2 layer) lemon cake mix
    1/3 c. veg. oil
    1 can (6 oz) frozen lemonade concentrate; thawed
    3/4 c. powdered sugar
    1 tub of white or lemon fluffy pudding

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 350. Grease the bottom only of a rectangular pan, with shortening. Make cake mix as directed on back of box, using water, oil, and eggs. Pour into pan. Bake 33 to 38 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool for 15 minutes.

    Mix lemonade concentrate and powdered sugar. Pierce top of warm cake every 1/2" with a fork, wiping fork occasionally to avoid sticking. Drizzle lemonade mixture evenly over the top of cake. Run knife around side of pan to loosen cake. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled.

    Spread frosting over top of the cake. Store covered in refrigerator.
