    1 red bell pepper; julienned
    1 green pepper; julienned
    1 1/2 lbs. italian sausage; browned, cut into 2" pieces
    2 onions; sliced
    1 medium potatoes; diced into l" pieces
    2 tablespoons dry basil
    salt and pepper to taste
    28 oz. canned tomatoes (3 cups); diced with juice

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients into large covered casserole and bake at 350 for about 1 1/2 hrs.
