    1 (17.5 oz) oatmeal cookie mix
    1 egg
    5 tablespoons or butter or margarine; melted
    3/4 c. mashed bananas
    3/4 c. chopped pecans

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 375. In a large bowl, combine cookie mix with egg, butter and bananas. Mix well. Stir in chopped pecans until well blended. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheets and bake for 9 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges. Let cool on cookie sheets for 1 minute. Remove to cooling rack.

    Makes approx. 2 l/2 to 3 dozen cookies
