1 pkg. (18 oz) Nestle Toll House refrigerated chocolate chunk cookie
bar dough
1/2 c. coarsely chopped almonds, walnuts or pecans
1/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips or white chips
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350. Crumble cookie dough into medium sized bowl. Add nuts; mix thoroughly. Drop by quarter cup measure full (or tablespoonful if you want smaller cookies)on ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 14 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 1 minute; remove to wire racks to continue cooling.
Microwave morsels in heavy duty plastic bag on high power (Medium- high (79% power for white) for 30 seconds. Knead until smooth. Microwave an additional 10 to 20 seconds, kneading until smooth. Cut tiny corner from bag; drizzle over each cookie.
