    2 2/3 c. flaked coconut
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix (2 layer)
    1 egg
    1/2 c. veg. oil
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. almond extract

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350. Place 1 1/3 c. coconut in med. bowl and set aside. Combine cake mix, egg, oil, water and almond extract in a large bowl. Beat on low speed with electric mixer. Stir in reserved 1 1/3 c. coconut. Drop rounded teaspoonful into coconut that is left. Roll in coconut and place on an ungreased pan.
