White Chocolate Cinnamon Triangles

1 (18 oz) refrigerated white choc. chunk cookie roll
1/2 c. honey roasted cashews, chopped
1/2 c. toffee bits
1 tsp. vanilla
Glaze
1/2 c. confectioner's sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 to 3 tsp. milk
Recipe
Heat oven to 350. In a large bowl, break up cookie dough. Add all remaining bar ingredients; mix well. Press dough into bottom on ungreased 9" square pan.
Bake at 350 for 23 to 27 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 10 minutes.
In a small bowl, blend all glaze ingredients until smooth, adding just enough milk for desired drizzling consistency. Drizzle over bars. Cool an additional 45 minutes or until cooled to cut into bars. Cut into 16 bars. Cut each bar in half diagonally to make triangles.
