    1 Angel Food Cake (either from scratch or mix or already made your choice)
    16 oz. box frozen sliced strawberries, do not thaw
    3 oz. box strawberry gelatin
    1 cup of boiling water
    8 oz. tub of Cool Whip, thawed

    Recipe



    Cut off top of cake about an inch down. Set aside and cover. Make a tunnel in cake by pulling out pieces of the cake, leaving an inch around outside edge.Keep pieces of cake in bowl.Mix gelatin with boiling water, add frozen strawberries and stir until strawberries have come apart. Stir in cake pieces. Chill in refrigerator until slightly set. Pour into tunnel of cake. Replace the top on the cake.Completely ice with the Cool Whip. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
