1 1/2 cups bisquick reduced fat baking mix
1/4 cup Splenda
2 tablespoon (1/2 oz.) pecans -- Chopped
2 tablespoons no-fat sour cream
1/2 cup Diet Mountain dew
1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
Recipe
Preheat oven to 415 degrees. Spray baking sheet with butter-flavored cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine baking mix, Splenda, and pecans. Add sour cream and Diet Mountain Dew. Mix gently to combine. Fold in blueberries. Drop by tablespoonful onto prepared baking sheet to form 8 biscuits. Bake for 10 to 14 mins or until golden brown. Place baking sheet on a wire rack and let set for at least five mins.
