    Filling for Diabetic Pumpkin Pie

    1 small Box Butterscotch Instant Pudding (sugar free)
    1 small can pumpkin
    1 cup milk
    1/4 cup Splenda
    Pumpkin pie spice to taste
    cool whip fat free
    Reduced fat graham crust

    Recipe



    Place the filling in a reduced fat graham crust and top w/cool whip. You can also just use this as a pudding
