1 bag (16 oz) Birds Eye frozen farm fresh mixtures broccoli, corn and red peppers
3 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 can (16 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 pkg. taco seasoning
8 oz. tortilla chips
Recipe
In a large skillet, combine vegetables, chicken, tomatoes, and seasoning mix; bring to a boil over medium high heat.
Cover; cook 4 minutes or until vegetables are cooked and mixture is heated through.
Sprinkle with cheese; cover and cook 2 additional minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serve with chips.
