Mexican Grilled Chicken

List of Ingredients
1 pkg. chili seasoning mix or taco seasoning mix
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
2 tablespoons oil
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 c. water
3 lbs. chicken pieces
Recipe
Combine all ingredients except chicken, mixing well. Add chicken pieces; cover and marinate in refrigerator 2 or 3 hours, turning occasionally Grill chicken over medium heat, turning and basting with marinade sauce frequently. Cook 45 minutes or until done.
While chicken is cooking, heat remaining marinade sauce in heat proof pan on back of the grill. Serve hot with grilled chicken.

Note: I usually pre-cook my chicken and marinate for a few hours before cooking
