Mexican Nacho Beef Dinner

1 pkg. (6.4 oz) Rice-A-Roni Mexican style
1/2 lb. ground beef
2 cups water
1 cup corn
1 cup canned black beans; drained and rinsed
1 med. tomato; chopped
1 cup shredded mexican style cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
tortilla chips
Recipe
In a large skillet over medium heat, saute rice and pasta mix with ground beef until beef is browned. Stir in water, corn, beans, and special seasonings; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover; simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
Stir in tomato. Sprinkle with cheese and top with sour cream. Serve with tortilla chips.
