Shake and Bake Mexican Pork Chops

6 to 8 pork chops (1/2" thick)
1 packet Shake and Bake original pork
1 cup thick and chunky salsa
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
Coat chops with coating mix as directed on the package. Discard any remaining coating mix. Place chops in a large baking pan. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes or until chops are cooked through. Top chops with salsa and cheese. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until salsa is heated through the the cheese melted.
Serves 6 to 8
