    8 ounces sugar-free 7-Up (or any sugar-free drink)
    Cinnamon
    Nutmeg

    Place close together in 8-inch square pan. Add drink. Sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg over apples. Bake at 350 degrees until tender.
