1 cup flour
1 cup cornmeal
3/4 cup sugar
3 Tablespoons baking powder
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup cranberries, chopped
Recipe
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
2. Stir in egg, milk, and oil.
3. Fold in cranberries and spoon into greased muffin tin.
4. Bake for 20 minutes.
