Pineapple Yogurt Muffins

Bisquick
List of Ingredients
2 c. bisquick or other baking mix
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. coconut
6 oz. pineapple yogurt
1/2 c. crushed pineapple; drained
1 egg beaten
1/3 c. butter or margarine melted
Recipe
Mix bisquick, soda, sugar and coconut. Add remaining ingredients. Stir until just moistened.
Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until slightly browned.
Makes 15 to 18 muffins
