2 tablespoons margarine
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1 1/2 lbs.)
1 cup water
1 pkg. Knorr Recipe Classics Veg. soup, dip and recipe mix
1/2 c. sour cream
Recipe
In a 12" skillet melt margarine over medium-high heat and brown chicken, turning occasionally, for 5 minutes.
Combine water and soup mix; stir into the skillet. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered; stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Remove chicken from heat; stir in sour cream. Spoon sauce over chicken.
