    1 pkg dry Ranch dressing mix
    1 lb ground beef cooked and drained
    4 oz sliced mushrooms, drained
    8 oz wide egg noodles, cooked, drained
    8 oz sour cream
    3/4 cup milk



    Recipe



    In a skillet combine all ingredients. Heat thoroughly. When serving sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
