    1 lb. loaf frozen white bread dough
    1 cup apple pie filling,chopped
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
    1 Tbsp. milk

    Recipe



    Thaw bread dough according to package directions. Cut dough into 12 equal pieces. On a lightly floured surface, roll out each piece into a circle. Place a spoonful of pie filling in the center of each circle. Fold over and seal edges with tines of fork. Mix together granulated sugar and cinnamon. Dip each piece in melted butter, then in cinnamon sugar. Place 2x6" a greased 9x13" pan. Cover and let rise at room temp. until double in size. Remove cover and bake in an oven preheated to 375 for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Combine confectioner's sugar and milk. Drizzle over warm pockets.
