Creamy Lime-Almond Pie

1 3/4 cup almond shortbread cookie crumbs, divided
1/3 cup melted margarine or butter
1 cup lime sherbet, softened
1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix 1 1/2 cups cookie crumbs with margarine and pat evenly into a 9 inch pie plate. Bake 10 minutes, remove and cool.
Fold together the sherbert and whipped topping. Place in the crumb crust and sprinkle 1/2 cup cookie crumbs on top. Refrigerate 6-8 hours or until firm.
