    1 cup canned pumpkin (not filling)
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 tsp ginger
    1 quart vanilla ice cream
    1 graham cracker pie crust

    Recipe



    In medium bowl, mix the pumpkin, sugar and spices together. Soften the ice cream in a large bowl. Add the pumpkin mixture to the ice cream and stir until well blended. Spoon the mixture into the pie crust and smooth the top. Freeze for several hours or until firm. Allow to thaw a few minutes before serving. Garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon.
