Italian Scalloped Potatoes

4 med. potatoes (about 1 1/4 lb.) thinly sliced (about 4cups)_
1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 c.)
1 cup (4 oz) shredded mozzerella cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp. italian seasonings; crushed
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Recipe
In a greased 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish, arrange half of the potatoes and half the onion. Sprinkle with half of the mozzerella cheese and half the Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers. Heat oven to 400 degrees. In a small bowl, combine soup, milk, italian seasonings and garlic powder. Spoon over potato mixture. Cover with foil. Bake 1 hour. Uncover and bake 10 minutes more or until potatoes are tender.
