Country Style Chicken Cutlets

1 envelope of Lipon Recipe Secrets onion soup mix
3/4 c. plain bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmeasan Cheese
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, pounded thin(about 1 1/4lb.)
1 egg
2 tablespoons butter or margarine; melted
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350. In medium bowl, combine soup mix, bread crumbs and cheese. Dip chicken in egg (beaten with 1 teaspoon water), then coat evenly with bread crumbs.
On baking sheet arrange chicken; drizzle with margarine.
Bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink; turning once.
