Sweet and Sour Chicken

1 14 x 20" oven bag
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup vinegar, cider
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 can-20oz pineapple chunks in juice -- drained
1 large green pepper -- cut into strips
4 chicken breast, boned and skinned

Recipe
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Shake flour in oven bag; place in 13x9x2 inch pan. Add sugar, vinegar, and soy sauce to bag. Squeeze bag to blend in flour. Add pineapple and green pepper to bag. Add chicken to bag. Turn bag to coat chicken with sauce. Arrange ingredients in an even layer. Close bag with nylon tie; cut six 1/2 inch slits in top. Bake until chicken is tender, about 45 minutes.
Serve over rice.
