3 cups whole cranberries, fresh or frozen
3/4 c. sugar
2 1/3 c. mini marshmallows
1 (8 1/2 oz) can crushed pineapple; drained
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 cup cool whip
Recipe
Put cranberries in a food processor and coarsely chop - frozen berries chop easier. Add sugar and chill for at least 2 hours. Add marshmallows, pineapple and nuts, and cool whip and flod into cranberry mixture. Spoon into bowl, cover and refrigerate. Can also be frozen in a square dish.
