4 to 6 boneless pork chops, about 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick
Italian bread crumbs
Dijon mustard, or regular mustard
Recipe
Preheat broiler. Brush pork chops heavily with mustard and mash into bread crumbs to coat. Place on broiler pan and broil about 6-7 minutes on each side until they start to brown.
