List of Ingredients




2 packages (8oz each) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups sweet potato puree (about 1 pound uncooked potato)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Pinch each ground cloves, ginger and nutmeg
1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust

Preheat oven to 350°. In an electric mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugars and vanilla; beat until thoroughly blended. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each. Add sweet potato puree and beat well. Add spices, mix until well combined.

Pour batter into crust. Bake 45 to 50 minutes. Cool completely before serving.
