    2 devil's food cake mixes
    4 eggs, beaten
    2/3 cup oil
    8oz cream cheese, softened
    1/2 cup butter, softened
    3/4 cups powdered sugar
    1/2 tsp vanilla

    Recipe



    Combine cake mixes, eggs and oil. Batter will be stiff. Roll into 1 inch balls; place on ungreased cookie sheets. Using the bottom of a glass, flatten slightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool.

    Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. If desired tint with red and/or green food coloring.

    Spread on bottom half of 1/2 of the cookies. Top with remaining cookies.
