    1 boneless pork loin roast (3 to 4 pounds)
    1-1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 cup barbecue sauce
    1 cup cola
    10 sandwich buns, split

    Recipe



    Cut roast in half; place in a 5-qt. slow cooker. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and garlic powder. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until meat is tender.

    Remove meat; skim fat from cooking juices. Shred meat with two forks and return to the slow cooker. Combine barbecue sauce and cola; pour over meat. Cover and cook on high for 1-2 hours or until sauce is thickened. Serve on rolls. Yield: 10 servings.
