Layered Enchilada Bake

1 lb ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
2 cups thick 'n' chunky salsa
1 can black beans, rinsed
1/4 cup zesty Italian dressing
2 tbsp taco seasoning
6 flour tortillas (8-in)
1 cup sour cream
1 8oz package Mexican style shredded cheeseRecipe
Heat oven to 450 degrees.
Brown meat with onions in a large skillet. Drain. Stir in next 4 ingredients.
Arrange 3 tortillas in single layer on bottom of 13x9 in baking dish. Cover with half the meat mixture, 1/2 of sour cream and 1/2 of cheese. Repeat layers; cover.
Bake 40 minutes or until casserole is heated through and cheese is melted. Uncover after 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
