20 6-inch flour tortillas
1 lb ground turkey
1 pkg taco seasoning
8 oz shredded monterey jack cheese
8 oz shredded cheddar cheeseRecipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Trim about 1/2" from edge of each tortilla. Push into nonstick muffin tins and bake for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, brown turkey, drain if needed. Add taco seasoning and 2/3 cup water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Fill each tortilla cup with 2 tbsp meat and top with a large pinch of each cheese. Bake 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and cups start to brown.
