1 pkg Azteca Salad Shells
2 cups (8oz) shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1 can (8oz) pizza sauce
1 cup diced or shredded cooked chicken
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup sliced green pepperRecipe
Preheat oven to 350°. Bake shells flat on large ungreased baking sheets for 3 to 4 minutes; cool.
Reset oven to 400°. Sprinkle 2 shells with 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese each. Place another baked shell on top of cheese. Spread each with pizza sauce. Top with chicken, onion, pepper and remaining 1 cup shredded cheese. Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake 7 to 9 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut each pizza into 4 wedges.
